Brewed to the American style, this pale ale has a medium caramel-malt sweetness and body; but the bitterness is kept low so as not to overload the palate. This allows greater appreciation of the floral, citrus fruit flavours and aroma from generous late hopping. A very sessionable beer – great with food.
